The short version
OhKumbu helps you keep track of your money and thinks out loud with you about it. It is not a bank, not a broker, and not a licensed financial adviser. Decisions about your money remain yours.
Not financial advice
OhKumbu generates suggestions using AI and the information you give it. Those suggestions are general information, not personalised financial, tax, or legal advice, and they can be wrong — the AI can misread a receipt, miss context, or make an arithmetic mistake. Check anything that matters, and talk to a qualified professional before acting on a significant decision.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 13 years old to use OhKumbu.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, don't use it to store or transmit anything unlawful, and don't attempt to access anyone else's account or data.
Your content
What you put into OhKumbu stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it in order to provide the app's features, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Availability
We aim to keep OhKumbu running and back it up nightly, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. Current state is on the status page. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose — Settings → Export as CSV.
Liability
OhKumbu is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for financial losses arising from your use of the app or from decisions made on the basis of anything it suggests.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
